The bag is trimmed in leather made from water buffalo hide -- regarded as some of the toughest animal hide in the world -- and used to make bridles, providing the bag with exceptional durability at stress points which traditionally suffer the most strain during use. The body of the bag is a thick 10oz cotton canvas treated for water-resistance and sealed with non-rusting brass hardware and zippers.
