This jetted bath tub maintains the look and integrity of a traditional cast iron tub but is lighter, warm and smooth to the touch, and will not rust or crack over time. This jetted bath tub is crafted from two 1/4inch sheets of high-quality cast acrylic, laminated together with a patented crushed stone/resinpound to give these tubs thickness, strength, and weight. They literally make two bath tubs, an inner shell and an outer shell. This process produces a bath tub with the same high-gloss shine inside and out. The non-porous interior surface will not stain, discolor, or retain any odors. It also cleans easily with a warm, soapy cloth - no harsh abrasives or inch elbow-greaseinch is necessary to keep this bath tub looking great. All jetted bath tubs in the Champagne Collection have a 1.3 hp motor and a built-in automatic purge system to keep pipes dry and clean after each use. The access panel no longer houses the pump/blower, so there is no longer a large inch humpinch on the side of the bath tub. The access panel will allow you to access the hoses if needed. The pump/blower must be placed in an area other than on the bath tub, like in a bath cabinet or an inconspicuous space on the floor, where a GFI outlet is accessible. The pump's three-prong plug is 30inch long and operates on 120v/20amps. It alsoes with a wireless remote control that allows you to choose from three massage programs and three levels of intensity.
